Good day, I have a KitchenAid KGRA806PSS with a door that won't register closed, preventing me from using the over chamber. Can you please tell me what might be the problem or at the very least the location of the door closed sensor? I researched that it might be in the hinge but cannot determine 100%. Thank you, Bernie

I have Whirlpool Double Oven RBD306PDB14. I had a problem with the display (blank), after replacing the control board I was able to set and see the time but after about 30 seconds I see the codes F5 E1 on the display. I am told that it is a latch problem. What part(s) do I need to fix the problem? Anything I can check before I order the part? Also, it is a double oven, how do I know if it is the Upper or Lower oven? Thanks for your help.

SERIAL # XS4500739 Hi, I have recently replaced the main control board, and the front control panel following the error codes in the manufacturers service manual for this Whirlpool double oven. The ribbon cable would not seat so this is why I replaced the control panel. After installing these I got the error "door" and the oven will not heat up. I then bought a new door switch P/N - W10195934 and installed it. I am still getting "door" error on the panel and no other error codes. The only other indication something is wrong is both lights are on and cannot be turned off by control panel. The service manual shows the lights run through the sister board but I am at a loss after replacing every other part and need some experienced help please. Please let me know what to do now. Thank you, Troy
