We have a replacement lower rack with some tines included. But there appears to be no instructions and parts as to how to anchor those into the rack. Your help is needed so that we can get them anchored and stood up for use. Standing up is the main issue here.

Answer Jack, after further research and speaking with the manufacturer directly it seems that the rack 99002572 is the racked used on your appliance however, the tines and clips for this rack are no longer available. The tines and clips sent with the rack were mispackaged from the manufacturer and will not work on this rack. We have further researched other rack tines and clips and have found that none are available for this particular rack. Sorry about that!
