My washer travels across the room when spinning The operation is working. Is this the leveling pad or the legs or both?

Answer Hi Ann. Yes, if your floor is not clean, this will contribute to the pads not gripping the floor at all 4 leg areas. Once the legs been leveled, you need to tighten the lock nuts tight up against the frame to lock them in. The leveling leg pads are part # 210684. Thank you.
