When the ice lever is pushed with usual pressure, ice doesn't dispense, you have to use your fingers and push the lever with quick, hard pressure. I've taken the cover off and don't see anything obviously broken. Is it the lever itself? or is there something I missing? How do you take the lever off? Thanks

Either the bracket 2180226 is broken and not holding the micro switches in proper position or the micro switch 2162361 is full of sticky drinks and has failed. You see, the switches are not at all liquid proof. When ice is dispensed, it should be done into an empty glass. When the ice is dispensed into a drink, the drink will splatter up into the electronics and switches and cause failures. The manufacturer recommends to dispense the ice into an empty glass and add it to the drink over the sink. This saves downtime and repair costs for the customer.
