I need the glass carafe only. I have the lid. The handle fell off, and it has been less than a year but I can't prove that. Is there a replacement part of just the carafe? I believe it would be #7 in your diagram. Thanks, Kathy

the rubber seal came out of our thermal carafe. is there any way of getting back in?

Answer Sarge, Not really, and not maintain the seal. You're best bet is the replace the carafe, But you'll be fine either way. Thanks and Good Luck
