Hello: Do you have a diagram that shows how this part & Part Number AP4293247(Y913109)are installed. Ours was broken when we took the unit apart.
Karen for Model Number Crosley CDU600B
Answer Karen, There's a couple of tools you'll need an awl or small blade flat screwdriver will be needed to remove thr "e" clip Y913109 off the "d" shaped lifter shaft 913105 . You insert the end of the awl or screwdriver ibn one of the spaces on the clip and either twist or pull out on the clip to release it from the shaft. Be careful, don't loose any clip or washer(s) and make a note of the original position of the washers, they have to be reinstalled in the same order as removed. Once all the washers and clip are removed, you will be able to slide the lifter Y913200 off the shaft. The new lifter will fit on the shaft in only one way(the D shaft causes that) but the most important thing is, the arm of the flapper assembly 6-904467 has to fit properly into the "crook" of the lifter arm so the flapper lifts and lowers properly for the unit to drain. Good Luck and Thanks
