Answer John, no the line filter 12319004 does not include the Y connection. This outlet line. The inlet line has discontinued the Y connection and is now the valve, part number 12544001. This includes instructions for installation. Thanks!

I need to replace the water line that goes from the Y filter at the base of the fridge to the water filter head assembly at the top of the fridge. This line is about 7' 6" long. Is the "line filter" (Part Number: AP4011881) long enough? Thanks.

Answer Hello David. Press in on the compression rings around the tube and when pressed in, the tube will pull out of the fitting.
