My dryer squealed a couple of times not for long maybe a minute or two then it stopped. Today the drum stopped turning, took it apart and the belt is fine. Do I need a new motor? If I do is there anything else I have to buy with it?

Motor starts ok without a load.motor starts slowly when under a light load with start botton held down. Motor does not start under a heavy load unless drum is spun by hand. I have 230v at terimanals at back of dryer. motor pull aapox. 4amps running 19 on start up no load. Is there a start relay and cap. I can install or do I have to replace the motor? Any other suggestions?
