According to the manufacturer this rack now only comes as a bare rack. No wheels or tines. Tines and clips are no longer available and are not included. Old ones must be used.

I ordered 2 racks. The upper one is fine. In the notes about the lower one you say: Lower dishrack - According to the manufacturer this rack now only comes as a bare rack. No wheels or tines. Tines and clips are no longer available and are not included. Old ones must be used. The new one did come with wheels and 3 loose sets of tines. There are no clips on the old one. How best to install the tines?

Answer Hello John. We still have some old stock of the original replacement rack, which did come with wheels and tines. The clips, however, were discontinued by the manufacturer and are no longer available. If your original rack did not use clips, you will not be able to use the adjustable tines that came with your rack. I hope this info helps!

Bottom rack came with extra dish tines. I am unable to determine how these mount to the rack. I need some help in this matter. Thank you. Order NO. 1775361
