My Kitchenaid model #KSRB25FKBL14 frig side door does not close properly. Can you advise me on if the lower door closer cam which seems too worn, is the most likely problem?

Answer Hey Tim, you might want to consider replacing all cams on both doors by getting kit part number 4318165. The kit comes with installation instructions. If the lower hinge 8201707 is damaged you will need to replace it. Thanks!
When we try to close the door of a 210 liter Kalvinator regerigerator, we have to try a lot to close the door. It automatically opens after some time so we have to use cello tape to colse the door. If there is problem of the door cam please tell me so I can change it at my home myself. If so, how can I change it? There are three nuts of the size 10 spanner. Should I open all the three nuts or do I simply have to loosen them ? Please advise.

Answer Hi Anil. Please find the complete model and serial # on the Identification plate. It should be either inside the fresh - food side, around the controls or down behind the toe- kick panel in front lower area. We will be more than glad to assist you completely if you provide this . All door cams, and spacers are not alike, so model , serial # are needed. Also check if anything inside the cabinet or door shelves could possibly be holding the door open ? Hope this helps. Thanks.
