I recently bought Dishwasher front door seals from you. Could you please send a diagram showing how the corner seals attach? The instructions just say "put them on.", and the door will not close with them on. Thank you. My order number is 3208523

Answer Ralph, Unfortunately we do not have a diagram showing how the corner seals are attached. The large part of the seal should face the outside part of door. If you are having them face inside then the door would not close.

I recently ask a question about the lower door seal, and forgot to include my complete e-mail address. The door seal slides on easily, and also slides off easily, too easily, is there and adhesive (gasket or otherwise) that I should be using. When you pull out the lower dishwasher shelf out, the wheels hit the seal and knock it loose, everytime. Thank you

Answer Hello Bob. No, there is no adhesive used on the seal 4172127. Make sure it is seated into the grove on the panel good is what the manufacture suggest.

Answer Walter, To install the corner spacers on the tub, You will need to remove the door springs and lift the door up off the hinges, remove the old spacers and install the new ones. We'll send you some information that may be more helpful. Thanks

Answer Larry, the easiest way to install the bottom door seal, is to remove the lower access panel and kick plate. The seal kit should come with the seal, corner seals and an instruction sheet to reference to. You'll do fine. Thanks and Good Luck.

I purchased a 4172127 lower door seal. The channel on the seal seems to be too large to mount onto the door. Do I need glue to hold it on or am I doing something wrong.

Answer There should be no need to use glue. It should slide onto the door. Review the instruction sheet and see if you are mounting it properly and in the correct place.
