We have a Kitchenaid dishwasher model KUDR24SEWH that will fill with water but will not wash or drain. Once the dishwasher fills you can hear a click like a relay but then nothing happens. We ran the diagnostics but it doesn't really tell us anything. We took the inside apart cleaned all the drain area and checked to make sure the motor was turning. Once the dishwasher fills with water is it suppossed to heat up the water before the wash cycle will start because the water is not getting hot.Thanks.

I think the hole on the underside of my lower wash arm assembly, AP2920716, may be worn excessively from use. This would be the hole that the bearing ring, AP3044851, goes into. I have replaced the bearing ring a few times over the years. I suspect that it doesnt may as good a seal as it used to. Before I order a new lower wash arm, can you provide the inside diameter of the hole on an unused wash arm that the bearing ring fits into?
