Answer Hello Sadaf, The cooktop is just the glass and does not come with elements.

Answer Hello Mike, There are instructions that come with the Main top but do not believe that they are for removing top. To remove top open the oven door and remove the screw on either side of the cooktop on the side panel. Once removed lift top and disconnect wire harness at the back of the top.

Answer Hello Mciver. The manufacture does not recommend using the cooktop 12001851 if it is cracked. Hope this helps.
