my dishwasher does not seem to be sending water to the upper spray arm, So my upper rack doesn't clean.
could this be caused by a faulty manifold on the upper spray arm? It seems like the probe on the manifold is not sealing against the tube in the back of the unit. The diagram of the manifold shows a rubber flange type thing on the end and mine doesn't have one, could that be the problem? maybe it came off at some point?

Answer Pedspt, If the manifold W10323423 or the manifold probe 8268328 is missing or fell out and got lost, this would create a pressure issue and could create a problem for the upper rack. You may want to remove the rack and check the tube and probe to see that they are there. Your most likely issue is the water level in the tub. If there's nort enough water in the tub,low water level will also produce an issue in the upper rack. Start the dishwashr and allow it to run/wash for five(5) minutes, unlatch the door and remove the lower rack, the water level should be within 1/4 inch of the heater element bottom(at the least) if the water level is lower than that, you need to check and or replace the fill valve W10158389
