Answer Hello Dave, You can check from P4 to J1 pin 1 on the control board to make sure that you are getting power to the board. You should have 120 vac between these 2 terminals. If there is no power then you would want to check to make sure you have continuity through the thermal fuse 341196. If no continuity then thermal fuse is faulty. If no continuity then the control board 3191106 would need to be replaced.
