Answer Stephanie, There are no instructions for how the kit is installed unless one comes with kit. You will need to use all parts installed in the kit.

Answer Hello Duke, You should check the filters in the bottom of the tub. If they are clear, the chopper has most likely broken, that is, if your model has this type chopper.
