Hi I need to replace motor evap and fan in my freezer but I only see two wires not three. What do I do? Thank You

My freezer cools to 20 degrees F on bottom shelves and 30 degrees F on the upper shelves. The compressor turns on, the evap coils get cold. The evap fan has 120 volts going to the connector but the fan does not come on. I think the fan is the problem and want to buy the part. Wondering what someone who might know better thinks?

I'm trying to connect my new motor-Evap. The blue-white wire connector needs to be connected to another wire connector that has a blck wire comming from another part. In trying to disconnect the the black wire. I've stripped the end and now I can't connect the wires to the motor evap. Do you have any suggestions? All I have is bare wire on the black wire. What do I need to make the connections?
