My washing machine does not drain completely and it has a foul odor. My clothes are not soak n wet but you can hear water sloshing around in the basin.

You will want to check the drain pump and drain line for clogs. If clogged you will want to remove the clog. It may be necessary to replace the drain pump.
Washer does not pump water out at rinse and spin cycles.

You will want to check the pump to make sure that there is nothing clogging the pump and check to make sure that the pump is not seized up. If it is then you would need to replace the pump assembly 3363394.

You will want to check the drive block to make sure that it is not stripped. If the drive block is stripped it would need to be replaced. If this checks ok then you would want to check the clutch to make sure that it is good and if it checks ok then you would be looking at a transmission.
