I need the wash arm bearing -upper bearing ring for my dishwasher (Kitchenaid KUDS25SHAL1) . You have part # ap2920719 and according to the diagram, this looks like the part I need. HOWEVER, the part you show appears to be all hard plastic, and the part currently in the dishwasher has a flexible/thinner outer ring on it? Can you help? I bought this part through a different retailer and when I put it on the dishwasher the lower wash arm won't turn...I think that's because this part is all hard plastic... but your website says that this part is compatible with my dishwasher? thanks

I have a dishwasher leaking at the botton of the door. Replaced upper and lower door seals. Still leaks. I removed the lower spray arm and the lower and upper bearings seem to be worn out. Especially the top one. When I run the machine with no lower spray arm, it doesn't leak. Replace the spray arm and worn out nylon bearings, it leaks. My thoughts are, the worn out bearings are letting water excape through a route it is not suppose to be coming from, therefore causing an ocean or wave effect, forcing the water out over the lip behind the closed door. Could this be possible? Thanks, Bobby
