Answer Hello Darlene. It sounds like the bearings may be bad and need to be replaced on the unit. See if the inner tub assembly is loose. If so, the bearings W10253864 are bad.

Answer Jeff, You will need a new front tub due to the damage. Along with the front tub you will need to determine whether it is the spinner assembly or the bearings that is causing the inner tub to rub against the front tub. One way to determine this is by pulling up on the inner tub and see if it is moving around. You may have to rotate it and lift in several places to determine movement. If there is movement then the tube bearings are more than likely bad and would require outer rear tub.

Answer Hello Larry, You would want to order the Outer tub Front 285982 which is the correct front for your unit. You would also want to check the inner tub for movement up and down. If you have movement up and down then you may need the rear bearing which would be rear tub W10253866. You would also want to check the spinner assembly W10253866 for damage.
