I believe the sensor is 'cooked' as it were, I found some instructions that say I should be able to remove it from within the oven, the end bit won't go through the little hole. Can I remove the back to access this connection? Thanks

I have an F3 code coming up when I try to preheat oven. Will sensor replacement solve this? Why are there 2 listings for part #33? Other sites indicate that you must know the Series 59 or 01, is this the difference? My oven does not appear to have Series 59 or 01 shown the only thing close is in the Serial #23C017499858. The "01" in the Serial number is the closest I can tell. No other info on Series is shown on nameplate. Which Part #33 should I order?

Latest Questions

I moved to a new home with a Maytag Gemini Electric Smoothtop Double Oven Range model: MER6875BAS When I set it to bake, the oven preheats, but when it beeps to tell me the temperature has even reached, it is low by 75-100 degrees. This occurs in both ovens. I had a local repair company come to my home and they said there are only two parts that can be replaced on this range--the motherboard or the elements. I see here that there are a lot more parts than that. What should I try first?

I asked a question over the weekend about my Maytag model #MES5552BAW range. The fan constantly runs and the oven doesn't heat at all. When you try to preheat the oven the temperature on the screen immediately raises to the desired temperature, but doesn't heat up at all. Your answer was to change the control board, and that did not solve the problem. Any other ideas?

Our oven temp drops during the banking time. I turn the temp off and set the temp again, and in a few minutes it will beep that it is the right temp again. What part do we need to replace. Thanks for your help
