The overload relay keeps kicking off. Is there any way to test it or do you just have to try a new one part # 2214067?

The compressor seems to run all the time and even with the thermostat turned to coldest setting the food is just frozen and not rock hard frozen. I checked the compressor the run- common- start resistance equals to @ 12.7 ohms . The overload had continuity and the relay measured @ 10.5 ohms. There is nothing accessible to clean as far as coils. What might you think the problem is or what else should I check. Thanks.

The chest freezer compressor runs constantly and even at the coldest setting the food is barely frozen. The seals are clean and close tightly. I checked compressor resistance between run-common-start it is around 12.7 ohms they added up correctly. Checked compressor relay it was around 10.5 ohms the overload had continuity. What do you think is wrong. Thank you.
