Most Interesting

Does this device include the overload, start device and cover? Does it replace AP3885060? Is the old device a variable resistor/thermistor and this one a relay and some kind of timer? Thanks. I am very confusing since I was told that the start-device I had was replaced by the kit 8201802 which resembles this item.
