All the water is not draining out of the washer. What could be causing this?
Answer Hi Brandy. Remove the power and the control panel back. Remove the back mount screws on the Lt. and RT. end cap screws. They are on the back of each end cap. Then simultaneously push back on the control panel assy. 1/2". Lift up and release the control panel. Remove the brass colored spring clips on the lt. and rt. releasing the cabinet altogether. Open the lid and place your hand at the 6:00 position on the lid/ cabinet opening. Place your foot sideways on the front of the cabinet on the floor. Lift up on the cabinet and let the front drop down a little as you walk back and remove the cabinet altogether. Remove the sump hose from the tub to the pump. Look into the tub hole to see if there is an obstruction there. Check the hose. Check the pump for clogging and see if the impeller is spinning loose on the pump shaft. If it is then replace the pump part # 3363394. Check the drain hose for obstruction. Check the Drain pipe for obstructions and use drain-o if needed. Release the top tub cover side clips and remove the top cover. Look with a flashlight to see if small clothes have blocked the tub drain hole. Thank you.
