I need instruction on how to take the panel off.
Answer Hello Tammy,
Turn power off to the unit and remove the screws that retain the inner door panel to the door assembly. This will provide access to the inside of the door assembly. From this point, take a picture with your cell phone before each part you remove. This will give you a pictorial when viewed in the opposite direction for re-assembly. It is always best to leave wires connected to the components and only remove the screws retaining the components. Being a Kenmore, we have little access to manuals and service information.
