model number is not totally accurate but picture of control panel looks same and parts look same it is a heavy duty commercial washer water level set to hi wash level is ok a few inches from top but rinse level is only half what could cause this
Answer Jr fly, Your washer is working as designed. In order to achieve the energy ratings set by the DOE, the manufacturer has decided to reduce the water level in the rinse cycle. This is accomplished by the timer, when the timer advances into the rinse cycle the cam closes the circuit to the lower setting of the dual water level switch, and the washer fills to the lower level. There should be no issues if the proper amount and type of detergent and softner are used and the washer is not overloaded.
