The darn thing stopped working. It somewhat smelled of a burned rubber. But not tire like rubber smell. Fresher rubber. Any ideas? Thanks.
Answer Hello Jon,
With the model number we could provide more information but if this is a direct drive unit then you would want to check your motor coupling and if it is belt driven then you would want to check your belt and pump to make sure pump is not siezed. To properly assist you we will need your model number to help you with this. Please post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
agitator is agitating when on fill cycle and, when on final spin cycle the water starts to fill up washer before spin is completed making clothes wet again. What could be my problem?
Answer Bill, You will want to check or replace the water sensor switch W10248240 , check the air tube 353244 for twists, kinks and clogs of debris) also check the wiring between thwe water level switch and control W10104800 If any of these parts are defective, or the wiring is loose, the washer will have an erratic fill and can stall the washer operation. Thanks
