Cold water will not shut off. Is there a quick fix or do I need new parts? Thank you
Answer Hello Steve,
Start the unit so it is filling with cold water. Unplug the unit at this time and if the water continues to fill, replace the water inlet valve. If the water stops filling the unit, the issue is most likely a clogged pressure switch hose or a failed pressure switch.
Theres cold water but no hot water.
Answer Hello Josh, If there is power to the hot, and no hot water, you will need to order and replace the valve on the unit.
Hot and cold setting, cold water will run but when it turns for hot water it will shut off?
