Answer Hello Janet. Remove the inner door panel. Then remove the plastic shield (on certain models). Disconnect the ribbon cable from the control board. Remove the control board and latch assembly. Remove the screws securing the control panel to the outer door frame. Reinstall in reverse order with new control panel 6-915776. Hope this helps.
