Sometimes the rinse light comes on when the door is shut. The last thing that worked was the normal wash and start buttons. Now nothing. When latched I do have 115VAC on the load side of the door switches.
Answer Hello Mike,
You will need to replace the control panel 6-917712 if none of the keys are responsive. If all of the lights are off and nothing will come on, you will need to verify the units' electrical connection a the units' electrical connection box behind the kickpanel. If this is good, you will next verify the door switches and the voltage and neutral is being passed to the control. You should pull the tech sheet and run a diagnostic cycle to see if any fault codes come up if the unit will power up. A Field Service Test may be started by pressing the heavy wash key 5 times followed by the start key within 6 seconds. The fault codes are explained on the units' tech sheet.
Is there a conversion kit to change from white to stainless steel? If not a kit what are the individual part numbers to be replaced? Thank you in advance.
Answer Hello Greg,
The parts do not come in a kit so they will have to be ordered seperately. The control panel 6-917710, the door panel 6-917696, the front support 6-918113, the toe panel 6-917688, and the toe panel seal 99002694 should be all you need. Be sure to save the screws and you can touch up the heads with touch up paint 72032.
