The latch on the handle of the door is sticking. We had to replace it once before but had to buy the whole control panel. It looks like you can just buy the handle assembly now. Is that right?

Answer Hi Judy. Yes you can buy the door latch separately part # []. Be aware that there are underlying reasons why this may be breaking over again. Remove the bottom kick plate and use a flashlight. Make sure all 4-legs are touching the floor. Because when you have a full load especially in the heat dry cycle, the tub will flex and eventually break the back side of the control panel pivot points. This is where the latch pivots and you end up having to buy the control panel part # 6-917712 and the latch part # W10275768. This is caused by improper installation. When the back legs are up, the tub flex's and damages both parts. Thank You.
