Answer Jim, It sounds like you have a stuck keypad which is part of the control board 6-917713. To remove the control panel you will need to take the screws out of the inner door panel. Once removed lift door panel up and there will be 4 1/4" screws that hold the control panel in place. These will need to be removed along with other components in the control panel to switch over to the new.

Answer Hello David, This is a bad control panel 6-917713. The rinse cycle is 9 minutes long. When this occurs, the rinse button has collapsed and is making as though it were being pushed. You do not need the control board.
