Does the control panel include both the cover and the electronic components? Our panel got stuck flashing numbers from 50 down to 1 over and over and would not stop! We unplugged it and think we need to replace the control panel. Can you tell me if we are on the right track? Thanks!

Answer Stacey, The Control panel 6-917716 comes with the panel itself and the membrane switch/keypad. All other electronic components would be separate.

All other buttons seem to work fine.. but not the Start/Cancel and the Normal Wash buttons. I had replaced the latch assemble a couple years back. I opened the pannel to see any loose connections.. but could not fine any. What do you think is wrong? Since this is the 2nd issue in the last couple years, would I be better off replacing the washer. Everything else seems to work fine as of now.

Dishes have food particles left on them after wash plus when I run dishwasher empty with detergent in compartment, the detergent door opens but some of the detergent is still in the dishwasher.

Answer Hello Linda. You will need to check the water level inside the dishwasher and make sure it is filling properly. It should fill up to the bottom of the heater. If not, you will need to replace the water valve. We will need your serial number to find the correct part for you. Hope this helps.
