Where can I find my model number?

I have a six year-old Admiral dishwasher that will not run when I press the control pad. This started about a week ago. I've tried pressing different parts of the control panel, and nothing responds except the "high temp wash button" light, and one light at "delay hours." I have checked and reset the breaker switch, and confirmed that the plug is in the junction box underneath. Is there anything else I can try to get it to start or confirm the problem? Is there a way to "reboot" the control pad?

Answer Janet, You're on the right track. It's most likely an issue with the keypads on the control panel 6-919814.
