Answer Mike, You forgot to supply a model number, but. If there is an issue in the washer, you would want to start at the fill valve 285805 the water hose screens and or the cold water supply. This could be a normal occurrence, if you have an "ATC" (automatic Temperature Control) washer. Thanks
