How do I remove this front panel from the machine?

Answer Hi Harold. Front panel part # 35-2084 is removed by using a putty knife inserted in the top lt. and rt. inner corners. Approx. 3" in from the corners there are push in clips that release,lifting one side of the top at a time. Then w/ the top lifted back and supported, you will look inside the inside upper side corners of the front panel. You will remove the 2- 5/16" bolts. Then the front panel will be folded out towards your waist and lifted up and off the frame mounted holders. Thank You.
