On the spin cycle is shows the error code 3E but it does not do it every time. It does it maybe 3 out of 5 times, can you help me with this?
The 3E indicates a motor failure (Over current). This means that over current is detected and the motor won't turn. You will want to check the motor windings, the speed sensor, wiring connections and control board. The tech sheet that is located in the unit will tell you how to check. Any 2 pins on the motor connector should read 11.6 ohms. Pin 1 to 2, pin 2 to 3 and pin 1 to 3 on the CN9 connector of the main control should read 11.6 ohms. If outside the range then the motor is bad.
I keep getting error code E3 what does this mean
To properly assist you we will need your model number to help you with this. Please post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
I'm getting a E2 error on the display and washer will not operate at all. the machine stopped with the basket full of water. What does this code mean?
The error code E2 indicates that there is a stuck key on the control. You will want to unplug unit for 30 minutes. Plug back and if the code returns then you will need to replace the keypad.
