Answer Anita, Based on your description, it sounds like the shelf support have loosened or fallen out ? If thats the case, they wont be listed in any parts list, they were permanent, and never listed. However, you can order a shelf repair kit 61005050 for each loose or broken support and repair your refrigerator. Thanks and Good Luck
