The drain is in the freezer compartment behind the wall. If the drain is plugged you will want to remove all the ice and then pull the unit out from the wall and remove power. Once power is removed then take the lower cover off and you will see where the drain comes down in about the middle of the refrigerator. There will be a cap on the drain that is causing the unit to not drain properly. Take cap off and open the slit and make it so that the opening is wider as to allow better water flow.
