Started off with two burners going and added a third and all of a sudden the the power to the indicator lights started to slowly fade and the burners went cold. There is power coming into the cooktop, however none of the burners will get hot. Which is the probable part failure PS339857 or PS339874? Thanks.

I was replacing the cooktop on my KECC508 electric cooktop. Thought it was a simple glass removal and didn't disconnect power (I know - I know). When I finally got the glass to separate from cooktop heard a pop (short) and smelled a slight electrical smell. Tried the change anyway - gently pried control board from old glass and stuck it to new glass. No power to unit at all. How can I tell what needs to be replaced? Either the power relay board 3192698 or control board 3192771. Thanks.

I only have 1 volt going into the electrical ribbon connected to the burner control board. Where can I buy just the transformer?
