I'm looking for a replacement meat probe for my Kitchenaid oven. Best I can tell the probe part number is "4167267 Meat Probe." It seems like no one is making or selling this part. Do you have a replacement part that will work?

The meat probe indicator remains lit on the control panel whether in use or not. Never used the probe, don't even know where it is. When using the lower oven in the past with this indicator light on the unit has turned itself off during the preheating stage. I have also had to replace the 1 amp/250 volt in-line fuse on the control board two or three times in the last four years. I am thinking these are somehow related but that is way above may pay grade. When the fuse goes the whole panel is out and then we can't use the microwave which really poses a much larger problem. How do you turn this probe indicator off if not being used or can it be disconnected all together? The manual covers its use but nothing about by passing or troubleshooting it. For us it has been much more trouble than it could ever be worth. JR
