Upper wash arm not spinning. I took off the arm and found inside part w10082841 a white rubber gasket. I believe that is the problem but can't find any rubber gaskets on anything in the upper arm assembly.
The only gasket type piece would be the upper spray arm seal which is part number 8268433. There is also a seal where this part would attach to the tower of the unit but would have to get the tower to replace this seal.
Upper rack dishes are not getting clean. Looks to me like there is not enough water pressure to even spin the arm on the upper basket or the spray on the top of the upper tray. Thanks, Doug
Answer Hello Doug,
if the unit is filling sufficiently with water, (at least 1/4 inch below the heating element), the chopper assembly W10083957 is probably damaged. When this occurs and the chopper blade no longer turns, the screen that it rides against stops up and does not allow water to pass.
