Hello, I asked a question about exaust blower pulley coming off several times. appliance pro said to use locktite on pulley threads. i did this and it stayed on. Pulley was left hand threads. I turned drier on pulley and belt in place before locktite and pulley runs toward right hand thread which would thread pulley off, also noticed that fan turns same direction as pulley, looks like fan is turning backward, against the back of the cup of fan blade. Do you think dryer motor is running backward or is this normal. Thanks ed

I have a maytag dryer model medb800vqo. the pulley on top of blower has come off blower shaft several times in a year.i think pulley is left hand threads. I put pulley back on last night and belt back on, and turned dryer back on and pulley came off as soon as dryer started. the blower fan turns free. both the pulley and belt look fine.tightened pulley as tight as possible. I have ordered appliance parts in past, i like appliance partspro.com because you have schematics and part numbers, and parts arrive quick. thank you, ed

Hi, My dryer has been making a loud noise, still working just fine but loud. Ive taken it apart and the blower when you spin it free hand makes somewhat of a roar, however the fan is not lose. thought may be a bearing or something. If i buy the housing does it come with all the little parts that the fan spins on, I think those parts are my problem. Thanks for any help. Dawn
