Does the Pump cover seal, (when it needs to be replaced) create a leak that sprays out the bottom of the unit? Mine is spraying out the bottom and not sure what parts i need to order. Thanks!

Answer Hello Grandnatman, The best thing to do is remove the toe panel on the unit and look and see where the leak is coming from. There are several things that can cause the unit to leak. Different parts and seals.

Answer Hello Ruby. To replace the seal 302711 you will need to remove the lower spray arm and all the bolts around the cover. Then lift the cover off the unit and remove the old seal from the unit. Once the old seal is removed, you simply lay the new seal in place and bolt the cover back onto the sump assembly.
