Answer Hello Todd. You will test for power to the pump in the unit. If there is power there and the pump does run, replace the pump. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Answer Hello Todd, You will want to check to make sure that there is no obstruction in the drain pump 3363394 and check to make sure drain pump impeller is good and the vanes on impeller are good.
