The right door when closed on to Left door Mullion does not seal. When I bought the refrigerator, the right door used to get sucked in. No more. Anyone knows what the problem might be?
You will want to check for any air leaks in the door seal. It could also be just a bad door seal that is not allowing the refrigerator door to close properly. The door should not suck closed as that is pulling it into a vacuum but should have a good seal when opening the unit.
What are the steps in replacing a Rail Mullion on a Maytag model # MFI2569VEM1?
Answer Hello Debbie. Remove the screws and slide it up. When it un-clips, the wiring is under where it mounts.
It re-assembles in the reverse order.
Trying to find a part number for the door clip that the rail mullion slides onto?
If the clip on the door that holds the Mullion rail has broken then you will need to replace the door.
