How do you remove the back wall of the freezer in a GR9SHKXMS00?

Answer Hello Mike. You will need to remove the rear fence, and the floor out of the freezer. Then remove the screws securing the back wall and remove the back wall from the unit. Make sure the power is disconnected before doing the repair.
What is the "rear fence", and what does it do? I have water flowing into the refrigerator compartment filling the crisper drawers.
