When agitating shakes badly took apart found two pins under not sure where they go?
Answer Michelle, To properly assist you we will need your model number to help you with this. Please post your model number with a new question on the parts page. http://www.appliancepartspros.com/modelnumber_locator.aspx
when it goes to spin cycle it barely moves, it wont even do the agitation cycle, what is the cause of that?
Answer Andy, You forgot to attach a model number, but this appears to be a "direct drive" washer so, Once you remove the cabinet, and the drain pump, you'll want to check the drive coupler 285753A for damaged or broken tabs, if they are bent or broken the motor won't drive the transmission or clutch properly. You'll also want to check the agitator and make sure the agitator and dogs are not "stripped" on the shaft or in the agitator, As for the poor spin besides the previous checks, you'll need to check for articles stuck between or under the baskets, then check the clutch assembly 285785 for excess wear on the pads and springs or the brake shoes 285438 for a "drag" on the drum.
