I have a Maytag refrigerator model # MFI2568AES and the pin that holds the deli drawer top on broke off. It is the right side and has the slide temperature control on it. The drawer is called the Wide and Fresh Deli Drawer. What piece to I need to order and is hard to install? Thanks

Answer Hello Barbara, You will need to get the pantry endcap part number 12656019 and to install you will need to remove the crisper drawer and deli pan and glass. Remove the 1/4" screws holding in place and transfer parts from one to the other.

How difficult is it to replace the end cap on the lower pantry drawer? The plastic piece that fits into the drawer cover broke off on the left side Im not terribly handy

Answer Hello Nikkin, To replace the endcap of the pantry drawer you will want to remove the crisper drawers and the glass that goes over the pantry assembly. Take out the pantry drawer and there remove the rail from the endcap. There will be 3 screws that have 1/4" hex head to take out of the endcap then pull forward and out on the endcap. Install new endcap and all other components in reverse.

The right side pin that the deli drawer lid hinges on broke off. That part also contains the temperature slider mechanism. What is the part number?

Answer Hello Terry. The right end cap would contain the slider but the slider is sold separate. The end cap is part number 12656019 and the knob is part number 67003791. Thanks!

How to disconnect the temperature control arm from the shelf support right hand side for this model.

Answer Hello Bruce, To remove the control arm from the end cap you would first release the back portion of the arm by popping loose. You would then depress the tabs on below the arm and pull out. Once you have the arm out you have to turn the arm to get it off the control. Then pop control out and reinstall on new part.
