Answer Hello Salty. No, there is no heater. You will need to clean out the drain hose on the unit so the water will drain when the unit is in defrost cycle.

Answer Lisa, You will want to make sure that you have a good filter in the unit. The filter should be replaced every 6 months and if the filter is old it will cause low water pressure and cause fewer and smaller cubes. You may notice that the dispenser is slower as well.

Answer Hello Douglas, This is a push on style door gasket and will just push into place. You will want to let sit in hot tub of water to let it soften up so that it will seal properly. Inner liner cannot be removed.
