Inconsistent ice making

My Repair & Advice
I initially went online to You Tube and was able to narrow down the most likely cause. Based on my review I was certain that the malfunction was due to a bad Ice Level Control Board Kit. I then shopped for the parts and although Appliance Parts Pros was far from the cheapest vendor, their reputation and use of original factor parts convinced me to use them. After shutting off the power and taping up the ice maker door, I unscrewed the faceplates to the circuit boards, unsnapped the wiring harness and replaced the old for the new board. I replaced the faceplate and followed the same procedure of the opposite side. Unlike the companies video, my wiring harness was very short which made the replacement more difficult.
